Summary:
Assists in successful completion of daily meal service operations
Essential Functions:
Because HCF exists to care for our residents, regular attendance and punctuality are essential to provide quality care Must be in good physical condition as the position requires the ability to stand on one's feet throughout the day, as well as, push, pull, move and/or lift repetitively during working hours.

Responsibilities:
Must follow all HCF policies and procedures Must follow all federal, state and local regulations and standards Stocks all food and beverages according to suggested PAR level Checks meals to make sure they are complete and accurate Collects payment for all sales Stocks paper supplies and condiments in caf or other assigned areas Maintains cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and all other equipment and surfaces in caf or other assigned areas Records cooler and freezer readings daily and reports temperatures that are not up to standards Provides assistance to all customers as requested Operates all food service equipment safely Attend required in-service education All other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to read, write, make simple calculations and follow oral or written instructions.
A minimum of a grammar school education is essential.
A high school diploma is preferred.
Serv Safe beneficial.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
