Summary:
Performs daily Laundry tasks of the community in-order to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
Essential Functions:
Because BrookHaven exists to care for our residents, regular attendance and punctuality are essential to provide quality care Must be in good physical condition as the position requires the ability to stand on one's feet throughout the day, as well as, push, pull, move and/or lift repetitively a minimum of 10 pounds up to greater than 50 pounds.

Responsibilities:
Must follow BrookHaven Policies and Procedures Sort, wash, dry, fold, and deliver all linens and resident clothing as assigned Must meet job related competencies Follow instructions in regards to proper use of all machines Follows all safety policies and procedures during daily tasks Attend required in-service education Prepare linen carts for nurses Follows appropriate Infection Control and Universal Precaution practices when performing department procedures Maintain a sanitary work area, including proper hand-washing Communicates effectively with residents, staff and visitors Performs preventative cleaning such as detergent build up in washers, remove lint from dryers, per policy All other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to read, write and have good visual acuity.
A minimum of a grammar school education is essential.
A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Recommended Skills Communication English Infection Control Punctuality Visual Perception Dryers Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
