Nutrition Services Supervisor - Full-Time

2nd Shift hours! (10 AM - 6 PM or 12 PM - 8 PM) Long Term Care experience is a PLUS.
Cooking experience a plus! Position
Summary:
Assists the Director of Culinary Services with oversight and the coordination of the care community meal preparation and delivery.

Must be in good physical condition as the position requires the ability to stand on one's feet throughout the day, as well as, push, pull, move and or lift a minimum of 10 pounds up to greater than 50 pounds Must be able to complete performance requirements independently while using good judgment as well as have the ability to harmoniously work with others Must be able to read, write and understand the English language Position
Responsibilities:
Must follow BrookHaven Policies and Procedures Must meet job related competencies as outlined in the Skills Competency Manual Supervises food preparation, tray service and dining room service to include verbalization of differing food textures and thickened liquids Maintains standards of sanitation and safety according to local, state and federal regulations Assist in Food Orders all food to ensure proper menu items available Oversight of food deliveries and manages returns and sales receipts Participates in the QA process by completing Quality Improvement forms per QAPI Instructs employees in the use, care and maintenance of equipment Utilize and monitor SQOD Monitor accuracy and resident satisfaction in dining room(s) and room service May be required to assumed Director duties when appropriate Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Requires management and leadership skills in addition to good planning and organization skills.
Serv Safe Certified preferred.
Recommended Skills Cooking Coordinating Leadership Long Term Care Maintenance Punctuality Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
