Responsibilities Serve as the goalkeeper for purchase orders. Work with customers to ensure we understand their needs and align with production and any other relevant function to make sure we deliver. Maintain a pulse on our most important customer relationships. Assist the customer in solving problems related to orders, service, and new business. Identify and resolve customer concerns proactively by incorporating the voice of the customer. Work collaboratively with lead Account Manager to proactively communicate our company's capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent 5 years customer service experience in a manufacturing environment Experience working in multiple ERP systems Effective communication skills both verbal and written Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
